Good day Aloka
I love the simplicity of this video. For me, it is a reminder to just experience what is and halt all reactionary thoughts or emotions that are experienced as a result of what is felt in the body.
Have a great day.
Kind Regards,
Gene

Watched it a few times and it comes off as a meaningless ramble about energy. Maybe it lost something when taken from the context of the whole talk.

Good morning Pilig,
I hear what you are saying. It lacks meaning if it is not contextualized. When I was listing to the video, I was thinking about understanding dukkha and the acceptance of suffering. It did remind me that I have to stop and listen to the body to investigate to become aware when it may be occuring.
Kind Regards,
Gene

Morning Gene
Yes, it's important to bring awareness to the body. We always used to start meditations with a 'check in' to see how the body is responding to the stresses of everyday life, and to relax into the meditation. Surprising how much tension can be there without you realising it.
