I was thinking about the Buddhist expression "Samsara" earlier, and then I remembered this article by Bhikkhu Thanissaro:

Saṁsāra-ing is such a good word for what we are doing- creating the world as we understand it from moment to moment, and so creating the suffering we experience. As a process, it is something we can work on in our practice.

A nice reminder that we all construst our reality in our heads moment to moment and this creates suffering.
