    re-Introduction

    Hi,
    I am not a new member here, but I would like to re-intoduce myself.
    Years and years ago (about 30), when I was first smitten with buddhism I belonged to forums; but after a while stopped talking, because I found most members to be more interested in convincing me of the 'rightness' of their views, as opposed to having an open conversation about the issues. (I'm not talking about this forum.) I would like to give it another try here. I currently don't have a temple that I go to, nor a teacher, and as such have no one to talk with who can help me to deepen my understandings.
