Dharma in real life
Good Morning Forum, I was randomly watching YouTube talks last night and came across this very recent Noble Eightfold Path workshop from Ajahn Brahmali & Bhante Bodhidhaja , I was most impressed with both in their explanation and especially the way they relate the teachings to real life.

Just to relate my uptake from this talk, yet again the value of intentions gleams at me like a blossoming flower. In the past I had bad intentions or should I say greedy intentions,
Well, I could sit here just thinking and getting depressed at my failure to see this truth, but the possibility of changing my Intentions is here and now, a mental rebirth is possible in any moment, whatever was done is past, whatever lies ahead is unknown, but if my intentions are wholesome then from this moment forth, I have changed my ways, or the way I think about things, with this observation comes a sense of relief that I can be a better ethical person.
