If you can think of a topic to discuss, please post it here in this thread. If there's no suggestion, we can just have a general chat.

    Hi everyone,

I would suggest a topic: What is your mediation practice/daily routine?

I'm not sure if we talked about it in the past.
    What do you think?

    Hi PhillyG,

First let me thank you for making a suggestion for discussion.

I would think that whether or not to have a regular schedule for meditation is a personal choice that not much can be said about it.

And I'm not keen on widening the discussion to the process of meditating. That kind of discussion is best shared only with a meditation teacher.

Comparisons between different schools of meditation are not useful as the techniques are not the same.

So again my thanks for putting the suggestion forward. I just don't think there is enough common ground for debate.

Thanks for the input guys. I would prefer a different topic please, because I'm not keen on discussing my personal meditation practice on the internet.
