A good talk about mindfulness practice and a fair comment about bringing balance to your own practice. there is a school of thought which says you only need one meditation in your life, so mindfulness could be all you need. I think it is never wasted time to explore all aspects of the path and what they mean for your meditation practice. If people want to go deeper into mindfulness as a strategy towards enlightenment, then the Sathipatthana Sutta goes into much more detail.
