We Need to Talk about Nibbana
I really enjoyed listening to this video of Ajahn Amaro recently - and thought I'd post it here.
Any comments about what he said ?

Entertaining talk, the end of Greed, Anger, and delusion, the opposite of that which higher education teaches.
good talk.

It is probably more accurate to not say "Nibbana is an experience" but to say "Nibbana is something experienced".

My own view is that, Nibbana may only be a few seconds or minutes or hours in any one day or every day. The Teachings of the Buddha are wide for life's problems and Nibbana is the cooling of the mind, the moment when troubles cease if just for a few seconds.
