    Jeff Shore on Zen: Being There With Others




    Zen Master Jeff Shore speaks on the great matter of life and death in the time of the corona crisis. How can we be without self and also be with others?


    I couldn't fully relate to this video (12 minutes) because of the presentation and the way he was swaying backwards and forwards. However, perhaps it will be useful for other members.

    Any thoughts?

    I agree with Zen master Jeff Shore; coronavirus crisis is a exceptional opportunity to practice, to an intense practice sitting for longer periods of time.
