Friends, I was surfing online on buddhist ethics and came across International Buddhist Ethics Commitee and Buddhist Tribunal of Human Rights.

The tribunal is based out of Hong Kong and conducts trials on countries like Indonesia, organizations like unesco and also Individuals like Ken wilbur, pronouncing verdicts and publishing them online in general forums

I've never heard of these organisations myself, nor have I heard of a person called "Master Maitreya Samyaksambuddha". I think there have probably been a few people over the years who have called themselves "Maitreya." (Which was the name given long ago to a hoped for Buddha of the future.)

Moderated comments are already available at the section at your second link under the heading "Ken Wilbur on trial -Buddhist Organization Sues Ken Wilber."

As far as I know, Ken Wilbur is a psychologist and isn't a Buddhist....and in general, I think we should be aware that there might be certain legal issues in connection with public discussion/speculation about these matters.

I've taken a look at some of the links in post #1, and I don't think the "tribunal" is anything linked with traditional Buddhism. I also get the impression that "Master Maitreya Samyaksambuddha" is pretty much self-appointed.

It's a fact that anyone anywhere can choose important-sounding names, set up serious-looking websites and do their own thing. I wouldn't want to get drawn into discussing the rights and wrongs of the various targets they have selected.

I've noticed that similar topics to this one are being posted by different user names in various other Buddhist groups on the internet.

This is one of the responses I noted:

totally hoax, Have visited this place - Its a one room table space in a commercial tower. Has not legal standing at all. This is created in 2017 by some Argentine with the sole purpose of running cases on people and scaring them using a fake -gov website address. Look up some of the cases on line and you will see not only are they absurd but totally anti thesis to buddha's teachings.
