So sorry for your loss Justusryans.

My father passed away two years ago and know what it feels like to loose a parent.

I am keeping you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.

    Kind Regards,

    Gene

    Hello Aloka,
I'd love to join but unfortunately, I have to work during the scheduled time. I'd be open to an evening or weekend chat meeting if one was organized.

    Kind Regards,
    Gene

The time of the online meeting is set to match the daytime of the continents of North and South America as well as Europe.

When we started up the online sessions, we were very flexible with the days and the times. Finally we settled on a time that worked for all the people who were participating.

It's always possible to look at holding a weekend online meeting. It would need to be in the daytime for Canada and USA, as that will match with evening in the UK and Europe. Perhaps we will give it a try. If we do, I'll be sure to let you know.

    Woodscooter.

I am open to other meeting times. I realize that working folks have problems with the weekday daytime (in North America) time slot. Being retired, I am pretty flexible. I go to bed no later than 11:00 pm my time (02:00 UTC/GMT), but that is about my only limitation. That is a bit late for the Brits, so not an issue anyway.

    .

Moving on from previous discussions a few months ago about video meetings, I'm returning to the "How was your week" title of this particular topic in our Daily Life forum, to ask how has everyone's been getting on lately?

Hope you're all safe & well.

    Hi Aloka,

I am getting on ok. I am finding that life feels so busy that my reality is feeling quite narrow this week. This is why I really appreciated the article you shared in the Buddhist discussion thread, A Spacious Mind, by Ajahn Sumedho.

I hope you are healthy and well.

    Kind Regards,
    Gene
