I've been pretty well. I started learning Classical and Gypsy Harmonica and it sounds amazing so far. I also went to my first temple last Saturday for a silent meditation (failed miserably but that's ok XD) I'll be going next week to do a silent meditation again and a lecture. Hopefully I'll get a one on one with one of the teachers. They gave me a meditation to read every night and every morning so I'm doing just that.
hope it goes well for the rest of you guys.

I have also been enjoying being outside, although our air is bad again so I haven't been out as much. I have been doing tai chi in my yard in the morning, the energy is so nice when the weather is good!

It's nice to hear about you all learning new things, too, it's always good to stretch your mind.

    With metta,

Gypsy harmonica sounds like it would be awesome. Although all of my experience with eastern European kind of music comes from Gogol Bordello, so...I probably have no idea.
