Pretty good. Sore from learning to skateboard, but it's nice to be outside.
Its a lot warmer and drier here in the UK now (at last).
I'd been watching some of the Olympic Games events on TV in the evenings, but it ended yesterday.
I'm doing fine, just diddling around while learning some Spanish.
I have to go to the dentists tomorrow, a date with dukkha in other words.
Learning spanish? That's cool. I used to know a lot of spanish. It's a neat language.

By the way, I have been quite occupied trying to get two certifications; one from the ministry of education and other from the ministry of health so to have a better chance as a 'free lance' entrepreneur.

I'm just back from a 2 week trip to London, it was amazing to be there when the Olympics were on. The weather was perfect in 26 degrees and sunny, today back in Scotland it's raining and 14 degrees. It is what it is. :-D
Back to work on Wednesday night so I have all day tomorrow to chill out and relax.
