I'm making an effort to improve my piano skills at the moment, so I'm mostly listening to YouTube piano versions of the classical pieces I am trying to learn. They are easy-play versions, but unless I know the piece it takes a while to get a handle on it unless I can hear a piano adaptation of, say, something written for strings.
Maybe you could share one of the YouTube piano recitals with us, Phil ?
There are lots of clips like this one for people who want to play Clair de Lune. You can use the piano roll, but I'm concentrating on reading sheet music while I play. I found it hard to get into this particular piece until I listened to the key elements that meant my version is not a million miles away from how this comes over.

I'm also trying to learn some other bits of music that have stayed with me over the years. I've got any easy version of Take 5 by Dave Brubeck so listen to this version before playing mine. It's a bit long if you aren't into jazz, so feel free not to watch it all. Mostly I prefer traditional jazz of the Salutation Stomp style:

Eric Clapton! Although much of today has been listening to European impressionistic classical. I have a bust of Debussy on my computer speaker for inspiration.
