Buddha garden statue
Hi all...not sure if this is the place to post this or not but I am in search of a good quality but not too expensive buddha garden statue. Nothing pretentious, something simple, possibly with a solar light so that I can add it to my new gardens when I get them completed. Anyone have any links or ideas where I can look?
Thanks!

That might be rather difficult Kim, because we're an international group & don't all live in the same country as you!
Maybe check Amazon online?

hi Kim. In the garden, my Buddha statue has lasted many years but is now chipped in two places. So I tend to think of an inexpensive statue with a peaceful face. I looked on E-Bay for a new statue but could not find one that resonated. Anyway, a chance to show off my beloved garden. :peace:

Element....would you believe that I walked into my spa yesterday for my very first post op lymphatic massage and YOUR VERY BUDDHA was right in the waiting room? It is EXACTLY what I have been looking for. She said she got it at Pier 21 years and years and years ago. I will most certainly continue my search! What strange coincidence eh?
Brought a great smile to my face yesterday when I saw it and again today when I opened this thread!

Hi Kim, I posted a photo in the BWB photo album of a similar statue which is inside my house .I bought it for the garden - but I like it indoors with the parasol instead!

I bought it in a UK homeware shop called "Dunelm". However, its also worth having a look in charity shops for cheaper statues. I've seen some lovely ones in a local PDSA shop. (People's Dispensory for Sick Animals).

Hi, I brought this for my garden a few years ago before the pandemic in a place that specialises in all manner of garden ornaments in the UK. You might want to try hardware stores and garden centres because they do some good statues if you know where to look.
