Hi Ngodngam,
I'm not familiar with this meditation method. Is it practised outside of Thailand ?
The Meditation forum was intended for our members to discuss the basic methods which are used by all traditions -and as these books seems to be tradition specific, I'm moving the thread to the Theravada forum.

Thanks for sharing the books with us Ngodngam. I ve read the first book and most of the second one and started practicing the Rhythmic Movements as described by the author and hopefully it will enhance my Sati.

Dear Aloka - Thanks for moving the thread to the forum. I have no much information for communities outside Thailand.
I just noted that Luang Por Kam Kien who is an apprentice of Luang Por Teean went to give discourses in many Thai temples in Chicago, USA in 1997.
Dear Bundokji - This is an alternative for people who do not like meditation by breathing. If you are skillful on breathing, no need to change the meditation which you are doing now. However, you may try this meditation by hand movements from time to time. (If you have any question, please feel free to ask.) I am now translating for a good book on Vipassana into English and will share it to the forum later. This may take many months or a year to finish it.
