This Buddhist discussion forum is devoted to the study and practice of the teachings of the Buddha and to sharing a common ground and open minded debate between followers of the Theravada and Mahayana traditions, including the Thai Forest Tradition, Zen and Tibetan Buddhism.
We warmly welcome practising Buddhists at our site who can share experience and understanding of their own traditions.
In a spirit of friendship and discovery, we look forward to developing knowledge and insight with you in the sincere wish that we can all extend deeper awareness into our everyday life and practice.
Newcomers to Buddhism as well as non-Buddhists will find information and study resources here in our discussion group, as well as a beginners section. Questions may be asked and answered in an atmosphere of warm friendship and respect for the individual seeker.
Buddhism Without Boundaries has a number of Buddhist discussion forums onsite in addition to the beginners section. There is a discussion forum for Theravada Buddhism, a discussion forum for Mahayana Buddhism and a forum for Vajrayana Buddhism. We also have a popular forum for General Buddhist Discussions where members from all Buddhist traditions can interact and chat with each other about Buddhist topics.
Our new Beyond Belief Buddhist forum is a place for more experienced practitioners to investigate and share their personal reflections on different teachings .
Buddhism Without Boundaries also provides a Comparative Religion and Ethics forum where members can compare Buddhism with other religions. We also provide a Therapies forum where Buddhist therapies can be discussed.
Additionally we have the Tearoom chat forum where members can relax and chat to each other about off-topic subjects.
New members are always welcome here at our online sangha.
